Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years leading teams at Chanel, where I saw first-hand how challenging and transformative leadership transitions can be.
Today, many of the leaders I work with are also navigating the impact of technological change - including the growing influence of AI - and the need to lead with greater clarity, judgement and human skill as the pace of work accelerates.
